Frozen Facecloth

Today I got a new treat. My people are trying to think of safe things for me to chew. This frozen cloth feels good on my gums. Not for long though because there are so many other things around to chew. No! No! No! are the words I hear most often some days. Sometimes they really mean it.

Caramel Puppy

Mom is trying to get a portfolio to send to the Daily Puppy. I don't know what that is but I get a LOT of photos taken.

Vet Visit

This trip was not so much fun. I got stuck with a needle. Holly went with me and she was not happy either. My weight went up from 2.3 to 2.7 so I'm growing. I zoomed around a lot when we got home but later I was sore and everyone worried so we went to bed early. I'm fine next morning but quieter which my people are taking advantage of. I'll just zoom around more later.

My First Walk

This is the first time I got to go for a real walk with Hadley & Holly. I was so happy to be included. They showed me this nice path in Sunderland that was plowed.

I Love My Mom & My Yard

Here I am outside with Mom. Later when it warms up I can play. Dad blew the snow so I can do business in the grass. I like that better than using my wee pad because that's what the big dogs do.

Puppy Kindergarden???

I've been 2 weeks in my new home. They say I'm full of the devil. I got signed up for puppy kindergarden so I can meet some other puppies and learn some new stuff. Everyone needs a refresher to remember how to train me. Hadley & Holly are so good and I'm trying to be like them. Class starts after my next set of shots.

Toy Time

This is my favorite time. I get to play with all the toys. I have a lot of them but I like to play with Hadley's toys too. He loves toy time too. No one can believe how much stuff I have.

Busy Day

Monday was a Holiday so I went for a ride and met a new groomer who trimmed the hairs on my butt. She was nice. While she was at it she gave me a bath and blew dry my hair. She was fast and my Dad picked me up in one hour. I looked nice so I had a bunch more photos taken. Later I went and visited more friends and then some company came to meet me. I like having pictures taken because I get the best treats.

Meeting Scott

Sunday afternoon I met Scott. He must be nice because Hadley & Holly were happy to see him. Here we are all together getting out picture taken which wasn't easy but this is the best we could do. It was fun.

They say it's difficult to get a good photo of a 2 colored dog. I'm learning how to sit still but it takes a lot of work. Here are more Valentine shots. I was very good.

More of my Stuff

I was chewing stuff I shouldn't so I was given a reformulated Greenie. It was fun chewing. I made it last for 2 days until Holly polished it off.

Eureka

Today was a happy day. At lunch it was warm enough to go outside. I walked on the grassy part where the snowblower had cleared the yard. I did my business and it was such cause for celebration that I did it again.

First Time Out in the Yard

The sun was out so here I am trying the big outdoors. It was not much above freezing and my feet were cold so we only stayed out a minute. I was tired and had a nice nap after that.

Holly wants me to go outside with her. I want to try it but it looks cold out there.

Trip to the Vet

I went for a check-up. They were all very nice and happy to meet me. The vet tech said I weigh 2.3 pounds. The Dr. pronounced me very healthy and even said I had "sturdy knees" which sounded like a good thing to have. I ate a cookie there and then we left. I go back in two weeks. My new friend Holly is going with me.
I was glad to get back home.

I love my new Dad. See why they call me Huggy. He let me hug his head which was funny so I got my picture taken.

All my stuff

Here I am with some of my new stuff. I really have a nice place for a time out or if everyone goes out. Of course I learned to climb out and now there is a screen on top to keep me safe.

Cabot Toy Poodles

We searched for a Tiny Toy Poodle breeder within driving distance to our home. By a stroke of luck we located a litter ready for new homes. On Saturday February 9th, 2008 we drove to Plymouth Massachusetts and picked out our new puppy. It was a difficult choice because she had two beautifull sisters. In the end we chose the smallest of the three. They were the nicest dogs and their Mom was happy to meet us and show us her babies. see my origional family at:

My Funny Name

I had a few names since I moved. I was called Hildy for 2 days. I was also called Heidi. Hazelnut and Happy Ending Sundae were cute too. Some friends thought my name should be "Owl" but no one else thought that was a good neme and I'm glad. Huggy matches my personality and I love to hug everyone I meet. Hope they keep this name so I don't get confused.

Meeting Hadley & Holly

I met my new brother and sister after a long ride in the car. They tolerate me very well but I wish they would play more games. My sister wants to show me around the yard but it's too cold. She gives me little treats when she is in a good mood. My brother lets me pull on his ears. They like to remind me they are older and enjoy different activities.
